Kennen added to list, protobelt change and buffs are nice so hes worth to play some games now.
Abbyssal mask buff is huge lol

Riftmaker buff might change build to some champs, Gwen Akali likes these changes.
if u wonder why lee is so low its cus hes very hard to play, he is extremely OP if u know what u are doing.
Urgot up a tier, meta fits him really well ( less mages, more melee champs in mid aswell ) good matchups and enemy team dont knwo what ur champ does aswell xD
