PATCH 10.11 BOT TIER LIST SOLOQ
Added 2020-06-01 01:30:46 +0000 UTCMovespeed buffed on crit items!! This is big for Jinx as she goes atleast 2 zeal items and gains aroudn 4% more movespeed and the meta slowly turning into hyper carry meta she goes up a tier.
Vayne buffs + slower adcs being meta and people playing ardent like lulu = up a tier.
Syndra buffs dont affect why shes strong ( hard to contest in lane + flex pick )
New LCK grasp senna build is quite strong and annoying but not strong enough for s+ tier.
lucian up a tier but still bad in botlane imo
