Approach velocity buffs are nice and i think Sett is a great roaming and fighting support due to this, as he goes omnistone he gets access to approach velocity.
bard jumps up to S tier due to enchanters taking over so time to roam to leave those disgusting abusers down there by themselves.
Yuumi is not balanced..., neither is lulu.
Thresh still a very good blindpick.
Green = Easy | Blue = medium | Red = Hard

HoB and Omnistone most scaling runes, HoB is also good in early game but scales super wwell with your passive. Guardian good tank scaling and okay for lane. Electro sucks imo, i would go HoB for damage. Omnistone best for roaming
