MF down a tier, good way to nerf her, when BT is completed the scaling armor nerf has happend so you spike less
Added another tier for the super trash adcs, smolder changes are a failure, buying IE on this champ is a meme and its so hard to get to scale as smolder now
Ashe down a tier, yes she wins lane, but before she wasnt so weak later in game but now feels like champ deals no damage and only wins lane.
Swain buff is best for top vs tanks imo, its still a buff for bot too of course but i think previous nerfs to swain hurt him on botlane, hard to rate him better/same as ziggs.
