Aphelios jinx remains same tier, the nerf is bigger than it seems but they arent op anyways, aphelios > jinx tho
Lucian has another build he can consider now, kraken navori. both items are buffed, this is a more sustained dps build compared to oneshotting, better with lucian milio probably and worse with nami.
zeri is op with yuumi, not without yuumi imo, triforce is OP tho, up a tier.
Jhin Varus down a tier due to item nerfs
Mf stays where she is, she uses collector rlly good and kraken change is good for crit build, so lethality build you go duskblade now imo ( maybe im wrong ) into collector
triforce draven up a tier.

2023-06-09 18:57:51 +0000 UTCnilah always had high WR, there hasnt been a patch she was low WR i think, kogmaw is also high wr and i rated him A+ before. WR doesnt = champ is good, it can be an indicator sure. Nilah is OP when specific scenarios are met, a good combo + laneable lane, but usually you either have good lane and bad combo or good combo bad lane. For example, MF is not OP, but she is good everygame in soloq imo cus you can go tank MF, Lethality MF, whatever the fuck you want and you will do work
