Lux up a tier, close to S tier, just sucks shes immobile and very easy to avoid her skillshots, but Q cd change is great.
naafiri down a tier, massive nerfs, still fine champ tho cus she was so mega overtuned, just more situational id say
Orianna retakes her throne. S+.

TF Change dont matter
Vex up a tier, best pick into melee mids if u want magic dmg, together with lissandra.
Xerath change dont rlly matter
Zoe doesnt matter.
Shieldbow change makes it more viable on things like yasuo yone, except for that nothign changes.
I dont think any mids can use shojin realistically excetp for jayce in lategame, but i would love to be wrong, but i think this change does nothing for mid.
Leblanc down a tier, the statikk shiv era is over.
Future change sucks obviously, but still a great rune for specific playstyles and lane matchups, no champion loses its placement on tier list from it being changed.
Cassio moved down a tier and removed as blindpick, with recent buffs to orianna xerath you are giving enemy too many strong mages by blinding her, in the past mages were weak so you could just blind cassio.

2023-09-10 09:34:33 +0000 UTCFeel like taliyah is too weak in lane to rlly use comet and she has so much range its easy to use first strike I would only go comet vs mages like vs syndra, xerath etc, then it makes sense since you cant procc first strike, but vs melees sounds rlly bad. Taliyah also needs items to become effective which makes first strike and inspiration tree in general very good

2023-09-05 19:28:05 +0000 UTCIdk I personally dont think she makes a bruiser into a raid boss... like her utility is fine and all.. mostly the speed up feels good on bruisers imo, the shield is good but kinda luxurious if anything to me. Plus with the items you mention, the bruiser isn't opting for resists which also lowers the ehp from her shields, not really a deal breaker tho. The main critique I have is Karma mid feels much better in a premade environment, solo q is a bit awkward when part of your character's strength relies on another person's competence. Not like it can't work, but it feels very shit when that Olaf or whoever you wanna buff up is making bad invades, dives etc and then passes on his uselessness to you 🤷♂️. Even in premade, I'm not so sure if she's S tier worthy. I'm kinda surprised she's in A+ as it is lol.
