Smolder is S+ Good buffs and he was alrdy fine good pick into Zeri Senna with a tank lanes, ezreal etc.
Ezreal feels really strong, up a tier

ER is very good of course, MF spams Q and W. I think both rushes are good, but some games you just really need BT. and then you might aswell rush it. Good rule of thumb is vs poke lanes or trade heavy adcs, BT rush = OP If you want BT later in the game, u might aswell also just rush it rather than delay it. If you just want more damage and dont need the shield + LS, then ER IE LDR is great. RFC also op on MF if needed, big range auto q
