LB nerf mainly matters when u have bad matchups like vex lissandra type stuff
swain change irrelevant cus it dont alter when you pick him
Talon down a tier, he was barely deserving to be in the tier i put so this nerf puts him down.
Irelia up a tier, nerfs to lb, viktor being meta, good into alot of meta mages mid.
Jayce mid feels pretty terrible these days, down a tier.
