on patreon you can connect your discord account! And once you connect it on here it will automatically add you into the server

From the Connected Apps setting in Patreon, click 'leave server' and then rejoin! This apparently usually fixes it.

If you'd just joined sometimes Patreon gets a bit... screwy. Try leaving and rejoining from the Patreon side (tap 'leave server' from the connected apps setting), according to others who've run into this it usually makes it work.

If you go to your settings, click on “connected apps” and then it will give you the option to link your discord account! Once you do that, you will be automatically put into the server!
