I think shows like Frieren, Bleach TYBW, Re; Zero season 2 + 3, Vinland Saga season 2, Ranking of Kings, Cyberpunk Edgerunners are good suggestions. FMA Brotherhood,, MHA , JJK and Demon slayer are also great suggestions, but typically longer and all depends on what you want to commit to.
