Time for a contest!

Hi everyone! Garin here to announce that we're next in line for Crucible Of Games's Magnum Opus painting contest!

For this contest painters compete for a prize pool created by our friends from a variety of patreons

- Aphyrion with the Araios Siege Engine;
- CoG with an Elven Carnevale Troupe;

- CoG with Badlands Rangers
- Dark Foundry Miniatures with Armored Polemarch by Cryminysakes;
- PiperMakes with her modular Starfish Battlesuit;
- and finally myselfs, with an exclusive Cyberzerker Jotunn.

And now, for the rules:

General Rules of Magnum Opus Painting Contest: Season 3, July 2021

• Print and paint any model released by any of the above patreons'  (any model that had been ever released on participating patreons counts as a valid entry, including guest models)
• Post a photo of your painted model on your Instagram account tagging @the_makers_cult and placing #grimdark and #magnumopus_contest tags on your post. And / Or in a gallery channel being created on our discord for this event.
• Only one entry from a single contestant is allowed
• There should be only one character or squad on the final entry
• Dioramas are allowed as well as using various terrain/custom bases/auxiliary printed parts. Please credit authors of the terrain/base/model if you use already existed models.
• The deadline for the contest is July 30th 6 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time)

Rules of Judging

• The results of the Contest would be summarized within 7 days from the deadline.
• There would be four nominations in the contest: 1 'Choice of the Creators' and 3 'Choice of Community'
• Top entries will be selected by likes, emojis, ect on the discord, then the top 10 will be added to a poll on the patreon page.
• The winner of the 'Choice of the Creators' nomination would be chosen by closed voting between Creators that provide models to the prize pool. The winner of this nomination should not be the same as the winners of the 'Choice of Community' nomination.

Prize Pool

• Each winner would receive a reward that consisted of the number of digital model files from the prize pool. The number of models would depend on the nomination and place. The winner could choose what exact models from the Prize Pool they will receive as a reward.
  - Choice of Community - 1st place - 'Golden Coffer' - 5 models from Prize Pool
  - Choice of Community - 2nd place - 'Silver Coffer' - any 4 models from Prize Pool
  - Choice of Community - 3rd place - 'Copper Coffer' - any 3 models from Prize Pool
  - Choice of Creators - 'Mercury Coffer' - any 4 models from Prize Pool
• The rewards would be provided to the winners via CGaT  libraries. All winners will be contacted directly on Patreon at the end of the contest.

Liability notice from 'Crucible of Games'

• Partnering Creators are not responsible for any issue or event that could happen during the Contest nor they are responsible for the distribution of the models.
• 'Crucible of Games' and Partnering Creators are not responsible for the technical issues that could be found in the models provided as rewards to winners.
• Any models distributed as rewards are not allowed for commercial use and/or redistribution unless the creator of the model explicitly allows this to the winner.
• 'Crucible of Games' and Partnering Creators are allowed to use any and all media assets submitted as Contest entries for marketing purposes.
• 'Crucible of Games' retains the right to alter the contest rules and/or decline entries based on community guidelines, terms of service and Omnissiah's will at any time.
