That's odd. Let me talk to CG&T about the download all button. The TL download getting stuck is likely a browser security related related issue. Let me PM you some things to try to fix that.

The problem I have is that I have to download each file individually and it will often just indefinitely hang randomly during the prep step. I do not have the download all for the entire monthly release. I attached a screenshot below. https://imgur.com/a/ZHUye9V Also for instance I've been trying to download February since I posted my first comment and am stuck on tempest legion which keeps hanging at 79% T . T

2022-03-10 21:30:08 +0000 UTCWe are working on setting up mirror servers outside of US zone. It should improve download speed, as well as connection reliability.

2022-03-10 21:02:56 +0000 UTCPlease figure out a download all option with CG&T. I usually takes me 1-2 hours to download my files. Not in download time, in fiddling and restarting downloads to get them all to download. signing in and signing out etc. It is extremely frustrating. I beg you to do something about it.
