Viktoria IV ~ revamp (HiRes) w/process

The dress and hairstyle is Lithavanian and the time she'd be able to wear such would have been before the ritual (and she herself didn't exist). The sleeves are long and loose, which isn't typical, but added a softer touch given the pose. This was another based on a photo of Irina Ionesco.
