Yeah the intro is definitely where you can see the gap the biggest, and then in the future missions everyone knows what to do. I think everyone will start doing acrobatics now

2025-03-06 15:44:33 +0000 UTCIt’s always so interesting rewatching this show after Kingdom and seeing differences (especially in the budget lol), a lot of these performances feel a lot more simple yet raw (which I kind of prefer tbh), compared to the Kingdom ones which were so grand and spectacle-like with the stages/productions. One thing to remember is that Queendom was super successful, but RTK was only the first spinoff. It managed to gain more success internationally (since bgs don’t tend to do as well in Korea) which then led to all the spinoffs Queendom 2/Puzzle, Kingdom, etc. So RTK was definitely much smaller in budget and production compared to the spinoffs. Also for these intro stages, these groups only had Queendom to reference. So I think groups like ONF and TOO were kind of expecting to casually introduce their songs while groups like Pentagon and The Boyz came to the intro round immediately raising the bar for all the later performances! I’m super excited to watch some of these next ones with you, all these groups are so talented and some of these performances I still rewatch to this day :))
