2025-01-07 23:22:17 +0000 UTCWhat a throw back. I was in the trenches for this survival show. I was a Wen Zhe one Pick. But let me tell you. Bahiyyih was BURNED alive everywhere for debuting, and the outrage that happened for MONTHS! Over Yurina not making it… and then Chae Hyun got sooooo much hate till today for being Kep1ers center over xiaoting. Kep1er lineup was too messy, their songs felt like the company didn’t have an idea for them, the members look weird together and some “MUST DEBUT” contestants didn’t make it… Xiaoting or Yurina didn’t get Center… it just felt so messy and unsatisfying at the end for a lot of fans. + the members fandoms never ever got along after the show, the groups VERY HEAVILY one pick fans only and they don’t support the group as a group due to them hating a lot of the other girls who debuted / weren’t their faves. Literally ZB1 had a really good lineup because people learnt from the freak accident that KEP1er was. Yurina and Xiaoting not debuted together, was the equivalent of Hanbin not making it into zb1 and ZhangHao ranking last…. Yurina and Xiaoting was literally hanbin and ZhangHao of girls planet. EVERYONE wanted them together.

2024-08-30 15:50:24 +0000 UTCFrom what I gathered from english speaking Koreans who recapped the show each week, one of the big reasons Yurina dropped was that Korean voters didn't think she put in enough effort to learn Korean as she rarely spoke it on the show.

You have Suyeon (Billlie), Yunji, Hana, Ririka and Chang Ching (ILY:1), Shana (Lapillus), Ji A (Mimiirose), Jiyoon (IChillin), Miyu (Limelight, which is now called Madein, with Mashiro and Yeseo), Sion and Ye Young in Geenius (They escaped Blockberry Island before the volcano blew)and the TripleS girlies Xinyu, Nien and Kotone. There are also a couple of the girls who debuted through Japanese and Chinese survival shows, but I won't name names in case you don't want spoilers. I'm sure that people will let you know if I missed any.

2024-08-30 07:33:02 +0000 UTCMashiro support came from the fact the she had a 100% win rate in the entire show(she was the leader with every performance she did) and she was part of the Itzy lineup in JYP during the stray kids survival show, also people thought she would bring a nice vocal tone compared to the other girls and people wanted her to be the leader.

2024-08-30 06:10:51 +0000 UTCThe thing about Bahiyyih, her making it was kinda because of her brother but i beg to differ because txt fans specially are not good voters with txt themselves, specially kai being one of the least popular member in the group .But where her support really came from was when through out the entirety of girls planet bahiyyih was top 3 if not the most hated person in the industry at the time so people who didn't know about girls planet were curious about this girl and why she was getting soo much hate so they watched her fancams and saw that she was not as bad as haters made her seem so they started rooting for her to debut. This is why hiyyih has the most viewed fancams of all girls planet and even of that year.

Their agencies are gonna debut them in other groups and kep1ler are 7 members now ( I'm actually so happy and shocked that they are gonna continue as a group maybe that happens with zb1 too, tell me if you want to know the members that left. )

2024-08-30 01:12:24 +0000 UTCI voted for bahiyyih during the final and I wasnt even a fan of txt, I knew their songs and knew yeonjun but I have never seen any survival show trainee get as much hate as she did ever. If I watched the show then, I wouldnt have picked her but seeing the hate train made me want to support her. For me the hate train on her felt as popular as the show was in the US atleast.
