maybe i just don't get it they have a great formula but never made a complete project I loved from start to finish lol (more than 4 songs on the project lol)

2024-10-29 03:31:31 +0000 UTClove aespa but this being their first album was sooo underwhelming and i thought this way the first time i heard it on release lol the first song i heard by them was DRAMA and the only song i like close to that is ARMAGEDDON they dont have "bad" songs to me just a little underwhelmed as a first album for me lol

Every single chorus they add more and more instrumental and adlibs till it finally hits the peak at the end. My personal fav song on the album is Live My Life. I never knew I needed punk rock aespa but it was just made very well and really suited their voices. Honestly as far as an overall body of work from the girls it was a bit underwhelming. Half the songs here I don't find myself listening to really ever. I think it being their 1st full album rose my expectations a bit too high.
