yeahhh I mean most of the time it’s people on their deathbed and a needle, but in this specific scene I guess it was lack of courage that stopped her from just doing it herself. And I guess if you do it the euthanasia way it’s lack of accountability too

It’s legal in some countries, but illegal in others. It’s basically consensual suicide, but you can’t really just go around asking for it if you’re alive and well. As far as I know anyway.
