A lot of my entry songs are still some of my favorites(Bad Boy, Fancy, Uh-oh, GogoBebe, Deja Vu) . If the first song I heard from a group wasn't very good then I probably didn't get into that group until a long time later.

2024-11-25 03:29:50 +0000 UTCIdk if that was translated right i think they were trying to say that red velvet had the longest killing voice out of everyone (which is still true) and thats why they mentioned wanting to perform more songs? But idk i could be wrong. I don't think any one era really put people off RV i think it truly was just the mismanagement and lack of promotions for the girls. Power up has like 11 wins and even got a pak. Zimzalbim put some people off at first but now it's a must have for their concerts and it's gone viral a few times as well. It doesn't help that min heejin worked with the girls for awhile and their debut was a mess because she included some things in the video they has to take down and edit. Not to mention it's been speculated that their debut was rushed because of scandals in SM. SM also favors their boy grouos more for some reason it seems like they cant have 2 ggs at a time without one of the groups getting far less promotions. (Fx and rv, now rv and aespa). They also just got their 3rd full album which is ridiculous when nct who is newer has like 6. Also for some reason rv is one of the best selling groups in sm in America despite not having an American distributor. They also havent had an american tour even though they have one of the biggest american fan bases in SM. The girls have spoken up many times about being unhappy with they way SM treats them and so far only irene and seulgi have renewed contracts. I hope the other girls really consider what they want cause tbh joy and yeri could be full time actresses and Wendy has had 2 successful solo mini albums she could become a taeyeon situation. Moving into their bsides tho I'm sure you will like at least a few! You mentioned liking kingdom come so I think you will like a lot of their stuff since they do a ton of vocal layering. Just watch their recording behinds to see! Wendy be in the studio for hours. You mentioned irene not getting a lot of parts and that is true at first but ever since like the reve festival era she gets more prominent parts. Red velvet also doesnt rap much and when they do it tends to be sing rapping irene and yeri since a lot more in the bsides. My personal fav minis from them are cosmic, seulgis, Wendy's 1st, and feel my rythem. I love all 3 of their full albums you can't go wrong tbh. Anyway I'll end my yapp session I've followed the girls for 7 years now so I know a lot of info on them.
