They didn’t tell ANYONE in their families what was going on so she was 100% dependent on him for her own happiness which is not healthy for either of them. Which is also why I’m against not telling family that you have cancer. I understand waiting a few weeks or months, but it’s not healthy on you to deal with all of that on your own. Also, I actually think Seunghyos character reacted realistically. We as the viewers know why she turned him down, but she did it twice. The first time she told him he would never be anything more to her than her mother’s friends successful son and that his feelings for her are not real. He let that go and then she out right told him she would not accept his feelings unprovoked while eating dinner. She didn’t even look at him when she said it. He’s petty but I also understand that if I’m going to be rejected twice by someone who is trying to minimize my feelings and discard me to the side (especially also because it seems to him that she was choosing her “cheating ex”) over him, I would be pissed and petty too. Go back to him if that’s what you want, but don’t tell me how I feel and make me feel like I didn’t mean anything to you when you were entertaining the idea last week
