2025-02-26 06:24:12 +0000 UTCSomething I keep seeing being said in every survival show is the mentors telling someone they need to practice more or they don’t work hard enough because the contestant isn’t improving kind of push “practice makes perfect” idea which isn’t true like the right practice makes perfect and if they don’t know what the right way is then they’ll just keep practicing the wrong way which is just going to instill bad habits. Idk I feel like mentors are almost completely useless in these situations because they only see them like once early on. Like sometimes they do help the contestants improve but imagine how much more often that would happen if they saw them more often…
