Skills everywhere!

Rules:
- Skills are passed down after race changes/resurrections/think of any way you can change races in Princess & Conquest
- This could change in future to a % chance to pass down the very same skill
- Each Progeny created gets one of its 8 racial Skills, each one with its own rarity (usually goes from 35-40% to 2-3%)
- Princesses will likely get a standard "Royal" Skill in the next updates
- Some Skills may be available to different races, with different degrees of rarity
- The obtainable Skills may be balanced/changed completely, wouldn't want to have some that are completely broken and are always preferable
- They will be pretty useful in the (possible?) future SIM Mode, since we're getting dangerously close to the goal
- No Skill is limited to its native Progeny race , they're built to work regardless of race, the combinations are wild!
I've already got many more ready compared to the ones you see above, want to get as many race as possible ready for them with the next Beta πͺ
