It’s one of the most infamous Hollywood conspiracy theories: did Steven Spielberg secretly direct Poltergeist? Spielberg is credited as writer, producer, and hell he even named the main character of the movie after himself. The credited director, however, is Tobe Hooper of Texas Chainsaw Massacre fame, and yeah a lot of it looks like his style… but a lot of it does not.

I don't know if I am the only one, but the clown in Scary Movie 2 I think is actually way scarier than the one in this one. Now I say this not having seen "Scary Movie 2" since I was 14 years old so, I mean... I might be wrong.
