Lilliana - Human Necromancer (13th age)

Lilliana is the party's main spellcaster, but she's not a Wizard, she's a Necromancer, and she can summon undead minions and sap life out of her enemies. The red dress belonged to a aging Lich who looked like a ancient version of Liliana, so when the Lich was taken down she donned the dress.
