Useless As Tits On A Turtle

It's a attempt to do a plausible Ninja Turtle with boobs, it's silly but sometimes silly is fun.
Shell boobs makes no sense, since a turtle shell is their ribcage fused with bones and scutes, so there's no fatty tissue to mutate into breast tissue, so the best solution would be a smaller plastron like what Snappers have and have a boob hanging on each side of the shell XD
