About The Stream Link Posts
Added 2017-12-11 07:46:53 +0000 UTCBefore I would share the link freely but in recent weeks I had to hide it under the pay wall nonsense because sharing a link to the stream here shows off a preview image of the stream. A lot of times it'll be an image of something NSFW and can't be shown unless it's hidden behind one of the pledge tiers. Sharing a link with the link post seems similar to Tumblr's. I could just X out the image and keep the link but unlike Tumblr Patreon won't let me post the link. And since I usually delete stream links once I'm done the stream I feel like this could cause an issue since I have the links behind a paywall now. I don't like that.
From now on I'll share the stream link in a regular text post instead of the Link posts and probably just keep them up instead of deleting them. I don't know why Patreon won't let me share the links without the preview image but it's gotten real annoying.
