The brother seems like the angel on her shoulder compared to Kirstin's devil and he seems genuinely concerned for Kiari's wellbeing. He tries in vain to make her see her old self. Yet Kiar's response indicates not an outright refusal, but a resigned acceptance that she is beyond that now. This pic seems to be K looking at the path she has taken. She has chosen to give into hedonism and paid the price, she is massive now, too big to be part of the real world. This is symbolized by the outside window, which is dim. By contrast, the online world shines brightly, bathing her in its unnatural light. All around her we see the artifacts of wanton hedonism, the things she uses to disconnect herself from the world and her past. Surrounded by all of this, her enormous body is like a monument to her choices. Atop it, her thin upper body seems to be swallowed by the tide of her flesh: the last holdout.

2023-06-12 04:26:01 +0000 UTCI could see that. Looking at the previous FF image, Kiari's dialogue of "Stop trying to make me exercise, bro. I know I'm not gonna cut back." Looking over all of herself now, those words could be ringing a lot more harshly in her head now.
