Yes there are! You cannot get them as starting Laws. Those are very high level Laws. If the Laws are a mountain, those are very close to the peak, while Elemental Laws are near the foot

Are there more abstract Laws? Not elemental like Wood, Steel, Fire, but something like Time, Fate, Mind (I am actually taking the Arcana names from Mage the Awakening for this example) If they exist, can you get them as starting laws, or do you need prerequisites?

it’s relative tbh guy who can sneeze apart mountains will still feel dwarfed by guy who can sneeze apart planets, and as a writer it’s my job to make the difference felt but yeah the further you get from human experience the more you have to be creative in how you get that difference across

so I have tiers of law all planned out, and elemental laws + their major laws mostly planned out. but minor laws I tend to make up as I go so kind of both by ‘make up as I go’ I mean ‘brainstorm and revise while plotting the chapter’

we’re still very early in what I’ve planned out—200k words in or so. plan to go for at least another million but we’ll see! don’t have a set end in mind, just arcs. this will end eventually—not a forever story—but not anytime soon

No question, Ad Astra, just saying I'm enjoying the story. I love low stress exploring the changed world, and am glad you didn't fall into isolating the MC due to his power difference. Too many stories write out the side characters and you've done great giving him reason to want to be with others. Keep up the good work and thanks for the content creation speed.

Do you plan to add some more environmental building/treasure areas and base building? I personally love base building and it seems that moving to a stronger dungeon for the main base would be the best bet. I would also like to see dungeon’s special resources like the moon trees be moved around to areas that would benefit them or treasures exported from different dungeons to build a unique environment and stuff like that.

Hey thank you! As for the soul stuff--far future is murky and often changes, but as of now, no. I like the idea of souls being tied to bodies. Once the soul detaches permanently (dies), that version of it is gone. It's lost and reborn in the cycle, and this is incredibly hard to interfere with. Even extremely powerful beings can't escape true death. There's some exceptions with *very* high level Laws, but we're nowhere near there yet.

Now first I have to say I completely 101% love this story this is an amazing story. Now that I said that, with the reincarnation Talking and soul talking stuff happening Just last upload. will Zane, Perhaps in the far future, have to save someone or himself from a Reincarnation or dieing and haveing for find there soul. I feel like that is a weird question. I don't know how I would describe it.

Laws are actually 'prior to' the System! They're parts of the fabric of the Universe. So there's no such thing as a dungeon-specific Law, if that's what you mean

But these chars will be relevant for a while! In my head Earth is like 2020 Montverde right now which is cryptic and niche ik but it's the best I can do without spoiling >.>

Blue Mystery Dungeon? Huh, that's the only one of the series I haven't played yet, personally, but I really love that series. What part of it inspired this? I'm guessing it's the dungeons, but anything about the characters or rest of the setting?

Do you plan on eventually having a full adventureing team of Zane, Avery, Evan, and Reina at some point. Would love to see them run like an A grade dungeon or even S grade. Also any plans on vacation/beach arcs where the whole cast can meet up?
