This is installation #3 of the Monthly Q&A series! Here’s your chance to ask questions about the story, or to give any feedback you might have. Questions patrons have asked before include "Is there a pinnacle law at the top of the law pyramid?" or "does Zane eventually get some kind of spirit beast pet?" or "How many chapters do you think this book will take?"
I'll come back to this post tomorrow and answer as best I can without spoilers.

Yes but they can't compare to his current skills I have a Skill sheet on my end I update every batch of chapters but it's only ballpark accuracy unfortunately and likely missing stuff, would have to comb through the chapters and tally them to get actual estimates

I assume you only write out those that evolve in Tier. P.S. Can his Older Skills Fuse to reach higher Rarity? Like all his Combat Passives to something like "Savage Fighting"?

2024-06-05 01:12:51 +0000 UTCI'm calling it, Zane will take over the role of the "System" manager once he hits level 1000 and will be back to moving boxes but across the universe riding a Colossus Titaneous God Rhino. As a side hustle, he will occasionally stop by few planets every so often to ensure everything is in balance. Just entering the periphery of the solar system all planets will tremble and Zane will send his copy (thanks Avery) to casually checkout events on Earth.

As you evolve past Level 250 you'll have chances to add certain gems to power up your soul weapon--the first example is the soul weapon core, which the Minotaur had

Keep doing what you are doing! This is my favorite story I'm following, love the direction and way you have it progressing. 2024-06-03 20:56:47 +0000 UTCDoing it on a scale to a 100 might be hard to quantify. Most cultivation novels usually do tiers of geniuses by time/eras. So Zane's party and a lot of other Ur-world talents might only come around every 1,000 years, 5,000, or 10,000. Someone like Zane might only be born every 100,000.

A follow up question I have for this, is this something done usually by the individual or is there a specialized soul crafting profession that does this as well? It seems like something Zane might be good at with his soul + fire laws + steel laws.

I find it massively annoying when authors in a serial take a week to drone on a concept or breakthrough and just as annoying for a 5 chapter fight. So kudos. For my question, how are local factions rolled into the greater factions of the universe. I can’t see Reina walking away from Luminous Faction and therefore neither will Zane.

2024-06-03 12:35:27 +0000 UTCWell, at Azure Flame, they've got 10k sky essence stones reserved to recruit Zane, and the number two on that list, a half-giant, is 1,300 sky essence stones. So even if Zane's party member are in the top 10 of every faction, they're still way behind.

The idea is, condensing skill up messages, if that reduces word count for a chapter I'm okay with it. So instead of the 1->2 2->3 etc. just 1... ->5, or something like that. My hope is Barbarian Sage giving Zane a baby Titan Rhino. And then just finally understanding where Evan was coming from with Reginald the Superbara.

We know there *is* a hierarchy, due to the fact that Stormfire is rated the best offensive Fusion Law, and that Wood is the best Law for healing. We can thus assume there are a number of rankings, based on the criteria such as Offense, Defense, Support, Control, Healing, Movement, and so on, each with different top-dogs. Possibly two lists of each, one for Fusion Laws and the other for Elemental Laws. From what we know, there's the following: Stormfire: #1 Offense Fusion. Steel: #1 Defense Elemental. Wood: #1 Healing Elemental. Light/Dark: Tied #1 Movement Elemental, with high Offense, Support, and Control rankings as well. Earth: #2 Defense Elemental, possible high Support or Control ranking. Lightning: #2 Movement Elemental, possible #1 Offense Elemental How about it, Astra, did I about cover it? I'm mostly inferring from what we've been told.

Second, what is the deal with the lack of a Light-attributed Faction? We've heard of ones for Water, Earth, Fire, Lightning, Wood, Metal, and I think Wind, but none for Light. I assumed there is one, but I find it odd we haven't heard of it yet, given Evan is Earth's preeminent Light wielder. Hell, we know who's scouting Avery, but not Evan.
