"The way you could feeeeeeeeeel this ep" - Yeah, it was on a knife's edge from very early on. I worry about everyone in that town now. Hikaru doesn't know how to value a human life and the only reason he's not killing people is because Yoshiki doesn't want him to. That's not a very safe situation for anyone. Speaking of not being safe, he made it more difficult for himeslf to kill people. Does that mean it will also be more difficult for him to protect Yoshiki from the supernatural things that are attracted to him now? If something was to happen to Yoshiki Hikaru could go crazy and murder everyone. We don't even know why they're attracted to Yoshiki except that it has something to do with his relationship to Hikaru. Hikaru's hiding too much and he seems to be lying about things as well. In the first episode didn't Hikaru say he was wandering on the mountain for a very long time, didn't really know anything, didn't really feel aanything, he always thought he was like a robot... but then last week he suddenly claims to have all this information about the afterlife and souls and what have you. I never know when he's being manipulative and when he's being honest. As for that scene on the bed at the end. It seemed to me that Hikaru reacted specifically to the word, "research". It was like he had bad associations with the word or traumatic memories or something. Hopefully he will talk about that next week because I don't want another weird thing to add to the ever-growing list of things to be scared of.
