Added Traits Picker for Kuttoe's and Kiara's Traits. You may now add their traits with the traits picker!
Updated P3 and P5 Traits Picker and hopefully it will remove the LEs

**Download and put ANY package + script files in your Mod Folder
Click on ANY SIM ---> Action ---> Add xxx Traits by chingyu1023
If you do not have all traits of the pickers installed in your mod folder, it may cause MCCC LEs but it would not be game breaking.
