Shorter and Less Phase

I personally find Childhood Phases from Parenthood staying too long.
- ShorterPhases shortens phases from 3 days to 1 day.
- LessPhases longers the cool-down time for phases.
- If you want to completely disable phases from happening, you can use No More Parenthood Phases by MonoChaos.

Not Required but Recommended Mods:
- My More/Less/No Teen Mood Swing to make Teen Mood Swing from Parenthood more or less often, or completely disable it unless a Sim has the Uncontrolled Emotions Trait.
- My Age Group Custom Preferences brings a new preferences category of Age Groups.
- My Age Up + Preferences is a mod to generate preferences for Sims when they age up.
- My Smarter Social adjusts social autonomy, has cheats to change relationships and know traits immediately, and extra reward traits to control relationship changes.
- My Meaningful Social Context adjusts conversations to make it easier to get into meaningful conversations like Funny, Offensive, Boring, Steamy, etc. Sentiments will also have a bigger impact on how a conversation goes. Previous conversation context also stays a bit longer.
- My Faster/Slower Relationship Progress injects a buff to all Sims to reduce or enlarge the relationship's gain/loss by multiplying a value. Unlike my other Slower Relationship Change, it doesn't edit any game tunings and is compatible with any other mods.
