Lot Traits Turned Challenges

This turns all EA Lot Traits (not locked ones) into Challenges so that you can select as many as you want.
- They are compatible with my other mods.
- I put a Lot Trait "Lot Traits Turned Challenges" without function so that this won't cause a UI glitch when there are no Lot Traits left when entering into build/buy mode.
- This should be base game compatible as I tested it without packs. Please tell me if you encounter any issues.

- My Emotionless Lot Challenges to disable a specific emotion on the Lot.
- My Functional Lot Traits / Challenges with actual game effects but no visible buffs.
- My Sentimental Lot Traits to add a constant +2 moodlet on the Lot with an Option to Use Lumpinou's Custom Moods.
