We reach the $100 goal - Sincere Thank You!

When I changed so that all my models were released for free I was genuinely afraid that I was not going to be able to continue to make monthly models. Not only did I see more growth this month than any previous month, I actually had many amazing Patrons increase their pledges despite the changes. I understand that this will ebb and flow depending upon the circumstances of each individual, but it truly means a lot to me.

So because of this wonderful generosity, I feel confident that as long as I continue to see modest growth I can continue to make monsters. Thank you. So for the time being we have ensured that I can continue doing this up to October! As I continue to look at the growth I can better evaluate again at that time.

Looking at the long run, my ultimate goal is to get to $500/month. This will ensure that my time and resources are truly covered (between modeling, using resin, fixing FEPs, replacing broken machines - yes one machine broke.) I don't need to get to that goal overnight and understand that it actually might take years. So I am just striving for an upward growth pattern.

In order to say thank you, I want to give back to the community as these different benchmarks are met. Because we met our first goal of $100, I want to release an additional monster set outside of the monthly release. This may take some time for me to finish as I have to balance my other responsibilities, but I reason that if you sacrifice in the support of my work; I too can sacrifice.

I considered having a poll for this set, but I determined not to do that. I want you to feel the same surprise as I did waking up this morning to find that we made the $100 goal. It was unexpected but one of my patrons just bumped their pledge to $10 to make it happen. It was awesome, and I want you to get a sense of that as well. :)
