It's funny that you guys said the stunt where Hans fell out of the tower window looked so real, because it is. Hans Gruber is played by the legendary Allen Rickman. There is a well-known story as to how that stunt happened. It's been a while since I heard it, so I hope I get the details right. Someone did a count before they dropped Rickman. They told him they would count to three, but they dropped him on two because they wanted his genuine reaction. So the look of utter terror on Rickman's face is real. Oh, and did you guys recognize the reporter from this film? Jordan said he forgot his name when the reaction was done. It's Richard (Dick) Thornburg. The same actor played a very similar character in Ghostbusters. He played the health inspector who forced the Ghostbusters to shut down the containment thing that was holding all the ghosts, and caused them to be released on the city. Since you asked for more action movies: Speed Air Force One Die Hard 2 - Die Harder Die Hard with a Vengeance Twins Kindergarten Cop True Lies Lethal Weapon (franchise) Beverly Hills Cop (franchise) Nobody John Wick (franchise) I realize I put the three Arnold ones here again, but I did that so you have them all in one place. Die Hard 2 is also a Christmas movie, but in the same way that this one is, in that people still argue whether they are or aren't. DH2 is a movie that a lot of people will tell you you have to watch to get to Die Hard with a Vengeance (I think because it's so over the top), but personally, I love it, and I think you will too. Die Hard with a Vengeance is not a Christmas movie at all, but it's still great. There are more in the franchise, but I strongly suggest you stop at the third, because they go downhill from there. I say the same for Terminator 2. Stop now, for the same reason. Air Force One is top tier Harrison Ford. Nuff said. Speed is my favorite action film to date. It's got Keanu Reeves, and it's what made him the action star he is now. Without Speed, John Wick would not exist. Or, it might, but it would probably be a very different film. Speed has a sequel. Do NOT touch it. It's horrible, no one will disagree on this, and in some ways, it ruins the first film. Great job, guys. Off to watch more.
