I guess I just hadn’t gotten to those chapters yet! lol I have just gotten to Malori joining Vel to better the Demon Kingdom. Not much in the way of Vel taking Mal’s physical safety from her in play yet. I guess I was just going by the fact that in some of the NSFW art Vel is drawn with nails while others she isn’t. Though granted she is never drawn with nails when she is explicitly going to use her hands in sensitive places on Malari, but she is drawn while using *ahem* other things, and during making out that looks like it will lead to more. So it’s safe to say that they do have sex with Vel’s nails long too otherwise they would always have to plan or Vel would have to keep her nails short all the time. Which is not practical for her consideration she has to be intimidating as the demon queen. It’s an interesting quandary especially if you think about the fact that it takes time for nails to grow back, unless demon nails grow back really quickly or something... Sorry as a writer I get interest in things like this that makes a world function. Anyway thanks for your thoughts and the information about Vel’s nails.

It's nothing crazy or other-worldy, xD she just cuts them I believe. In some of the later chapters of the comic on webtoon, she does cut them so she "doesn't hurt Malori" 👀 Yeah, so I'm pretty sure thats all there is to it.

I’ve been wondering about this little technical detail for a little while now, and now that I’ve seen a picture drawn that shows this in practice, I want to know if this is actually true or just a practicality as the artist was drawing this little little gem? That being what happens to Vel’s extremely long and I’m assuming extremely sharp nails when she wants to have sex with Mal? In this image Vel’s nails are gone, so I’m curious if she is able to retract them or if this was just drawn this way because every single lesbian looking at these pictures would be crossing their legs muttering “ouch” to themselves, if Vel was draw with her Nails in tact?
