I’m surprised you haven’t seen this. It’s so precious. I’m happy you are doing this for JK’s birthday month and Jimin’s is right around the corner. All three reactions are different (of course) and sweet.

There is also an international version of this song with armys singing in many different languages. I think my favorite army song is 7 Reasons, Jungkook also listened to it during this live. He went down a rabbit hole of army songs, like, WHY DIDN'T YOU GUYS TELL ME ABOUT THIS?!!! haha

I was driving when he went live and was only listening, but got so excited when he finally listened to the song, and I remember going, "IS HE CRYING??!" and then *I* started crying, probably looking like a crazy person in my car lmao

2025-09-23 18:08:19 +0000 UTCI'm a little more than 7 years into this fandom--I've been with BTS since 2018--and the crazy thing is, this feeling...this gratitude and affection and sense of fate...it doesn't go away. It only grows with time. I've had a lot of instability in my life and there aren't many people or things that have been so meaningfully in my life for seven years. Bangtan, these boys, they're my roots. They're what tether me to this earth and my life is better for it. ARMYs always say you find BTS when you need them most but I think what actually happens is that, when BTS comes into your life, they change it so completely for the better and your life sort of naturally becomes definable by two distinct eras: before BTS and with BTS. And the latter--the part of your life WITH BTS--is BETTER. I'm rambling now because I'm an emotional mess now, too, but it just hit me how special it is that you're a year into this Bangtan Life, and I'm 7 years into it, and here we are, feeling the same things and crying together with these wonderful men and this wonderful fandom. BTS is something so special and I'm just so grateful to have found them. Jimin and Joon reacted to this song, too, if you're interested in checking those out.
