I think some people can just look at a bunch of ingredients and envision a finished meal, I’m just not one of those people. 🤷♀️ I need recipes to follow. Have you considered trying out a recipe/spice monthly subscription service? Where they send you recipes and spices for the dishes, and then just cook the protein sources separately. There are a couple on CrateJoy, one is called Spicery Recipe Kits and the other is Piquant Post.
