Eurovision 2022: WHAT'S GOING ON?

Y'all introduced me to Eurovision and I love it so much now!! This rundown has me so excited about this year! Not much could compare to last year, but there's such an interesting variety of songs.

Well then my dears, I'd been considering becoming a patrón for a while, but a Eurovision video was the catalyst!!

Honestly I'm rooting for Norway at this very early stage. That song is a bop.

I have an Italian boyfriend so we watched the entire week-long Sanremo. Which I have come to really enjoy (even though I only understand about 40% of it!). It was also very queer this year which I appreciated. The Mahmood and Blanco song is fine, I do like it but (personally I wanted Elisa to win) I think La Rappresentante di Lista song Ciao Ciao had a really fun, campy vibe and could of been a better entry. Either way I’m looking forward to watching Eurovision! Great video as always gerls x

Unless Sweden does send Hold Me Closer (which I’m praying for) I really do think the winner will be from an internal selection this year. As great as Italy is, I don’t think it’ll win and I think the likelihood of a back to back winner is much less these days- it’ll be high up though. I’ve got my eye on Greece, Switzerland and Cyprus to send something good.

I guess there’s a degree of Eurovision inside goss I have; Bulgaria fired their entire previous Eurovision team (no idea why), but that’s why the song is…let’s say not up to par with their recent entries. And yes! Absolutely love Czech Republic too 😍 What did you think of Ciao Ciao as well, if you watched San Remo?

Thank you for the lovely video gerls as always <3 some thoughts: I really hope with UK we choose someone who will genuinely qualify (without needing to pay our way in) I don’t want more cis straight men in long black coats singing about the most mediocre things. Like come on UK bring us some pop stars who might actually give us a chance of even just qualifying Honestly so glad that eat your salad was picked as much as it seems like it’s a taking the piss song it’s genuinely got a good message about veganism Got to say though my favourite this year is either Italy, Norway or Czech Excited to see how this will turn out <3

The UK is the sourest bitch this year. How hard is it to find a less than shit singer in England? Anyway, I’m so excited for Eurovision again and I can’t wait for the gay fuck fest it will surely be!
