Well, that escalated quickly. An announcement, a few questions, and a poll

So, I guess people really enjoyed Chick Before the Egg, huh? In the span of about two days I've gone from around $24 / a month to nearly $90 a month! Which is, to be quite honest, pretty dang crazy. First I just wanna say to each and every one of you, new patrons and old, thanks a ton for joining up! Not only do your contributions help me out, but they also fill me with all kinds of warm fuzzies. It's so amazing -- and kind of surreal -- to know that there are people out there who like my work enough to actually pay me to do it. So once again, thank you all.

Now, a few orders of business:

First and foremost, I want to announce what is perhaps my greatest patron reward of all. Any of my $5 and up patrons will now be treated with exclusive access to pictures of my cat, Ziggy. He's a very special and beautiful boy. I've included a little photo of him in this post too, as a treat, and a freebie for all of you regardless of tier. But $5 up patrons can look forward to many more photos of him in the future. 

Second, let's talk about this poll. Here's the thing, you all really knocked it out of the part. You absolutely exploded my monthly income from here, and that's wonderful. Honestly though, I kind of wasn't ready for this massive surge. And, if it's okay with you all, I'd like to shift my $75 / month goal reward, as well as my other rewards back a little. I'll be keeping my $50 reward, but I've got some stuff going on in my personal life that's keeping me very busy, and I'm not sure I can fit streaming into it on top of that. Also, considering the growth rate, we're very close to $100 and writing a patron exclusive novel doesn't sound super feasible to me right here and now. So, I'd like to ask all of you how you would feel about me shifting those goals back a bit. Please respond below. 

Lastly, just to be transparent, I'm currently deliberating on some of my patron reward tiers. Specifically I'm considering moving patron exclusive writing away from my $2 tier and into my $5 tier (this would exclude the monthly posts I make for my $50 backer goal, that is for everyone subscribed to me regardless of tier). If I made this change, $2 patrons would still get access to audio content I make in the future, and still get early access to anything going on Scribblehub or other public websites,  but future patreon-only writing pieces would require giving at $5 instead. I'll make a poll on this in the future, probably. But for the time being, if any of you feel strongly one way, or the other on this my dms are open, and I'm happy to hear your input.
