You addressed something directly here that I sort of touched on in my comment on the last episode. The series very much has its own pacing. Little scraps of info which may or may not be super relevant about the characters, the world, etc. One moment in this like is Faye’s “I’m not the delicate type”. She’s got all the subtlety of anvil dropped from high altitude, but she’s also self-aware enough to recognize it.
