Lately, I’ve been working hard on my own sleep hygiene too. Every night, I read aloud to Kitty and me as we wind down — sometimes she even crawls under the covers to snuggle, and it’s honestly the cutest thing ever. :’) I'm a reader now. Wow!

I’ve also been curating my bedtime music. No more late-night death metal for Felka (lesson learned 😅). Instead, I’m building a new jazzy lo-fi sleep-aid compilation — and I’m thinking of layering my voice humming softly along to the fall jazz. It’s a little niche, but it makes me so happy.
