New Rule: Character Count
Added 2016-04-05 02:15:42 +0000 UTCFrom now on, there are only 2-4 characters allowed in an entire picture. This does not count toward a single panel - it's the whole thing. A character does not count if they are fully inside of a predator or something obstructing them from view.
