For the first time since Chapter Three, we have new cast members to properly introduce.
Much to Jack's surprise, he stumbles across Naomi, Carol's best friend, while scavenging out in the city. Believing her to have fled the city with her parents, he's stunned to find her being chased by the local bandit crew.
The leader of the local bandit gang, Chaz is a cruel monster of a man who hides his face behind a hooded mask. While Jack has heard his name before, Naomi has actually seen him roaming the city's streets.
