We've always stood by the rule that girls didn't get NSFW wallpapers (and the public variants) until they show up in the game in NSFW scenarios. So, that leaves us with a limit on who to show this month who hasn't been featured previously. Luckily, the next time we do TID wallpapers, there'll be a few more options after 0.12.0's release.
