The Interim Domain 0.13.0 update 3 and release schedule

I'll admit the shift in schedule has me thrown off, but I think once we have a few releases under our belt, we'll be back to normal. It doesn't help that, in my downtime, I've been working on stuff for later releases over the past week, so I have to refresh my memory as to what's in this one. And then I recall there's some saucy good times in there and we're all good.
As mentioned earlier, this update adds a new gallery and a revised user interface for text message conversations to make them stand apart from regular conversation.
