2025-06-25 22:16:31 +0000 UTCHey there, I wanted to share a unique fact regarding Goldsmiths score for the movie, thru out the film you hear that odd sound for Vger, when you get a chance look up the (blaster beam) instrument) played by Craig Huxley, kind of a huge slide guitar (20ft) played by either banging or sliding a mortar shell along the strings

2025-06-23 02:21:11 +0000 UTCI picked the right time to become a patron! First time I've seen a full-length reaction from anyone, and it did not disappoint! Here are some fun facts: Decker is actually related to Capt. Decker from Doomsday Machine, either a son or grandson. Pretty cool. This film is about sex, the entire film is one big, long double-entendre. The director was getting a little up there in age, and he was perhaps a bit past it -but did do some amazing work. Director Nicholas Meyer's involvement with the following films really made a huge impact on the story telling. The long boring sequences took a few hints from 2001, in my opinion to it's detriment. The long fly-over shots needed to be a few steps faster, as pretty as they were. Can't wait for Wrath, and the films following it. So completely excited I can't even.
