A question for you about dronification/brainwashing

I've recently uploaded to my other networks this drawing that was available here since november: https://www.patreon.com/posts/43936147 and it seemed to get some more attention than usual, in fact some of patrons joined just after it (welcome and thanks! ^^)
So I'd like to know, what do you like (if any) on this drawing so I draw more of that. Is it the dronification itself? The implied mind alteration? Something else?
