The important thing about the last scene is not what was said. The recording was just a nod to Spencer tutoring Toby in French. There was repetition to “Je Suis” - I Am, but that’s about it. The translation of the title is simply “I am a friend” But yeah, the important thing about that last moment is what we SEE, not necessarily what we’re hearing
