2023-01-01 06:12:51 +0000 UTCFor me personally in regards to your question on is Voight in the right to be more heavy handed it’s a very tricky road. In the fictional world of the show I think you need that unhinged, don’t give a crap about the rules, this gets results guy like Voight. Especially when it concerns the life of a child. In the real world though it’s been shown that this shit doesn’t work or it creates more problems. So difficult. I find though this show or the Chicago One Universe has such great writing. I hated Voight in Chicago Fire and then was able to tolerate him but still not sure I liked him. Two episodes in and he’s awesome, still scares me but you can tell there’s something more to what he does then being a dirty cop.
