Important Request Tier Update
Added 2023-07-19 16:47:26 +0000 UTCThis is very important information for everyone at this that is interested in the request tiers going forward. This is the last month for current requests tier the way it was formatted. The tier will be changing to shows under 30 Mins long and will be reducing the number of Patrons allowed on it.
Instead we will be adding more tiers so it’s better to understand what everyone is asking for and also the prices will be increasing on those new tiers. I do a lot of stuff currently and my time is very limited. So because of that we have to change the way this all works.
This is just for those who REQUEST SHOWS, Everyone at the $15 tierand Higher will still get to see the requested shows like normal. $10 tier will get the same weekly Drop just how it has been going. Just those who request will have different tiers if they want to request.
So we instead will have
- Brian Show Request Under 30 Mins - $20
- Steven Show Request Under 30 Mins $20
- Brian Show Request Over 30 Mins - $25
- Steven Show Request Over 30 Mins $25
- Shows way over an 1 hour will fall into the movie reaction tier.
Have also been asked about bringing back tiers to do more episodes of a show a month. Also see that people want a tier for Movie Reactions. When it comes to those two tiers I don’t know what to do because I don’t know what would be a fair price. I would love input on what other creators charge for that. Also take into consideration the amount of stuff I already do so my time is very limited.
Hopefully this new formate will open up opportunities for Patrons who want to request but have not been able to.
We will still be doing all the current requested and all of the new requested in the new tiers will not start getting done until the next month which is the same way we have been doing these. So if you request in August your show will be done in September.

2023-07-20 15:26:59 +0000 UTCIs this change done mostly to open up for new people to get into this tier? Because a limited amount of spots will always lead to most people not geting into these tiers. And I feel like The request we havebeen getting has really balanced The channel and given us so manyshows that have been in The polls for so long but not won. For example broadchurch, it feels really sad that we might not get to see The rest now.

2023-07-19 23:46:21 +0000 UTCNot asking, saying what’s happening. If you don’t like it you don’t have to pay the $25 or $20, hell you don’t even have to pay the $15. Since all the stuff drops to the $10 eventually. You don’t even have to do that because all the shows will go to the $5 tier as well. Only ones that don’t are the request and movies. We also do over 30 shows between me and Brian so if it bothers you that much that a few times over my 20+ recordings I look at my phone then I can’t help you. Plenty of other reactors you can follow instead. I don’t make anyone pay if they can’t. Even give away Buffy, The Office, Doctor Who, Psych and Supernatural for $1. If that $1 is too much well maybe don’t subscribe. Can’t imagine disliking someone’s reactions yet paying to watch them. P.S: I’m not sure what Netflix did today but I posted this two weeks for the higher tiers.

"imma top it" 🤣🤣🤣 swear man, if you're gonna ask for more 20-25 bucks an episode request... least you could do is fulfill the simple request of not staring at your phone during shows. I came back and ur still doing it even after it was the majority issue when you asked ppl for their takes.

2023-07-19 18:32:18 +0000 UTCoh good at this price point i can still sponsor heartbreak high! we are about halfway through! if it's alright, i'd like to sponsor it until it finishes and (like 4 more eps i think) and then jump off and let someone else have that slot. i don't want to just sit on this slot and keep someone else from having it, but i do hope to sponsor HBH through to the last ep of season 1

Without depending on just one person. Maybe add 100 as the goal for any certain month per show with the minimum payment of 25. 25 is also the price set for 1 episode per month for shows you are not watching regularly and it could be the price for 1 extra episode per week of a show that is already on the roster. Once 100 is hit it means one extra episode for every week of that month

This is just for those who request. $15 tier will get to see the request as soon as they are recorded like normal and those at the $10 tier will get it a a month or so later like it’s been happening.

So if I spent $20 on the Brian request tier, I would be able to request a show to Brian only, but will have content from both steven and brian, the separate tiers are being used so it’s easier to keep track who requested what show to which reactor. Unless Steven really is splitting up the content, but I’m pretty sure this is what he means by it

If someone paid for $25 Brian show request, I'm assuming this does not include asking for another show for $20 that's under 30mins for either Steven or Brian also, we'd just get the benefit of being able to view other posts for that price, right? So I guess if I pay $25 I get one option for either Brian or Steven. Or is it possible to pay seperately for both?

Like once it reaches 50 dollars for a specific show you can add 1 extra episode per week for that pledge month. That could work. That way the popular shows could reach the goal easily and no one would fetch a fortune out of their own pocket just for 1 extra episode per week
